•We had an excellent experience working with Nancy Aynehchi as our buyer-side agent in our house purchase. Nancy truly served as a trusted advisor and was extremely helpful to us in buying our first stand-alone home as a family. Her decades of real estate experience is evident and was very helpful throughout the process. She is very responsive and always made time for our calls or to meet with us in person, even when our schedules required that we talk later in the evening. She also really listened to what we were looking for, helped suggest neighborhoods to us since we are new to Orange County (which she is extremely familiar with), sent us targeted listings, advised us on how to make competitive offers, made time to meet with us at whatever listings we were interested in, gave her honest and informed opinions on the various properties we saw, and negotiated aggressively on our behalf with potential sellers and their agents (many of whom she knows in the area). With Nancy's help we were able to make a competitive offer on a home that we liked and have the offer accepted within a few weeks of looking. Nancy and her team also walked us through the whole process step by step, including when closing had to unexpectedly be pushed out. In addition to all of her help finding a property, making an offer, and facilitating the real estate transaction, Nancy has been incredibly patient with the many questions we had. She was always professional and dealt with any challenges in stride. She has continued to be a resource to us as we make certain modifications to the new home to get it to our liking. It is really true that Nancy treats her clients like family, we feel like we made a friend, and we would 100% hire her again if we needed to buy or sell a property. She was also extremely kind and generous to our young son - he was in tears when he said bye to her after closing because he said he was going to miss her!
