Rachael is Broker | Owner of RE/MAX Grand Rapids and Team Leader of The Rachael Veldkamp Team. Under her leadership, RE/MAX Grand Rapids has grown to over 100 agents across 3 locations including 13 Top Producing Teams. As the Broker, Rachael oversees over 2,500 real estate transactions and a sales volume of over $750 million annually. Rachael’s team serves over 100 clients each year and acts as a training ground for agents to learn how to build their own businesses and teams.     Rachael lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband, Dave, and three children, Maddox, Collins, and Cash. Rachael enjoys spending time with her family, solving puzzles, and has recently found a passion for a good game of pickleball. Rachael learned the value of hard work at a young age, packaging hinges and screws in the storeroom of her family’s hardware business. “I watched my grandmother run a company alongside my grandfather at a time when not many women were running companies, and I watched my own mother and father carry on that legacy of small business ownership. They worked so hard to maintain our family’s 75-year tradition of quality service, even through some very rough times.
