•Terri was our realtor during our home search and eventual condo purchase. When it came time to make an offer she walked us through all the required transactions and thought of things we may have missed - for example when there was some question about the condition of the furnace, Terri recommended and arranged the seller to pay for an extra inspection by a certified HVAC contractor, and recommended we require him check out the AC as well. She promptly answered all of our phone calls and emails. Really promptly. She has deep experience in real estate and knows the area very well - we found out as we went along that Terri has a background in financing loans as well as developing new properties and this came in handy in our transaction. She's also up on local news and developments that could affect purchase decisions. Above all she was friendly, laid-back and fun to work with, a very pleasant and easy to talk to person that is just nice to be around. We completed our purchase easily and on time. Terri was a great help.
