Brandi is a rockstar! We live in NJ and were looking for land in North Carolina. Brandi was so proactive in pulling land in different areas for us, explaining the different towns and how things work in NC. Then she sent us the PERFECT land..it was just hours before my family left for a week's vacation (out of the country)..... so Brandi negotiated a due diligence period to ensure the land would be held until we got back and could make the 8+ hour trip down to see it! We loved it! When it was time to do the septic perc test.. it was Brandi that went to the Environmental office to get the flags and used a map that we sent her to place the flags for the guy to do the test! And if that wasn't enough Brandi researched builders and we ultimately went with one that she found for us. I mean talk about someone going above and beyond!! Thank you Brandi, you are truly amazing!

Brandi was referred to us through our selling agent. She was able to help us look for and buy our home almost entirely online since we were on the opposite coast.She took detailed videos of each property we were interested in; that way we knew exactly what we were in for. Brandi was also super flexible with us. We appreciated her being able to do showings and fill out offers so quickly. This allowed us to get under contract easily, considering how fast the houses in our price range were coming off of the market. She even attended our final walkthrough in our absence to make sure everything was in tip top shape.
