Eric is fabulous. He was extremely knowledgeable about the home and the market. He helped us navigate the whole buying process from writing the offer to guidance on inspections. He went above and beyond to find a laboratory to do a special test I requested to have done. He was there for us at every step at any time of day and answered every question we had. Eric has now handled to transactions for me and both of them went great. He was able to keep the process moving forward even when other professionals involved in the transaction were causing delays. He also has great knowledge of the entire process and was happy to explain everything to me along the way. I have had agents in the past who would do the bare minimum when handling a sale or purchase for me, Eric is not one of them. He goes above and beyond my expectations. Lastly, and most importantly to me, Eric is honest. He does not just tell me what he thinks I want to hear nor does he oversell. I feel that is crucial when attempting to sell or purchase property as I like to have every bit of accurate information I can when making a decision that big.

Very knowledgeable about the market and the process. Willing to do more than needed to get things done. We were dealing with a difficult seller who employed a Realtor thrice removed. It was great working with Eric and I appreciate all he did! He does what he says he'll do and even helped me through a difficult financing experience. I have my own business and things got a bit stressful with financing. He kept me informed on things and was able to keep everyone patient through the process and was even able to get my closing date pushed out some to give me time to complete everything. I'm not really planning on moving again but you never know. I'd definitely recommend Eric and would contact him again myself if needed.
