About Mary

Born and raised in Oakland California, I moved to the great Pacific Northwest in 1975 and purchased my first home in Lake Forest Park. I love to cook and opened my first bakery in downtown Seattle at 3rd & Marion and expanded to Pike Place Market and Everett Mall. In 1983 I decided to venture down another path and chose a career in real estate. Real Estate became more than just a career for me though, it became a passion, so I gave it my all to become the best that I could be in helping people with their real estate needs. I love putting transactions together, though they may be challenging, this is when my powerful negotiations skills and years of experience come into play. This is my 40th year with RE/MAX and as I look back at my accomplishments and hundreds of clients that have rated me as a "10" is quite fulfilling. I work hard for that rating because there's nothing greater to me than being appreciated for the many services I provide. In my spare time, I love working in my garden, playing with my cats & dogs, going to the Evergreen Speedway (I own a racecar), and most importantly making time for family. Truly Amazing!

We closed the sale of our home the first week of May during the virus pandemic. Obviously we were concerned about selling during this time, and Ryan was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Everything went exactly to plan and we were very pleased with his professionalism and aggressiveness. I strongly recommend Ryan.

Ryan Patrick is very skilled, knowledgeable and an expert in what he does

Ryan who is a very nice person, was quick in communications and helped us feel very well informed in the selling process. He took the stress out of everything. Also the partners that he has chosen in the other companies such as Noble Escrow are top notch. Ryan told us that he was impressed with how we prepared the house for sale. We both bought and sold a home with Stewart and...

We both bought and sold a home with Stewart and I truly can't speak highly enough about him. We bought a home, sight unseen, using Stewart. He was so thorough and honest about each home he looked at for us and helped navigate us into a desirable neighborhood while getting a house within our price range that was such a perfect fit. I don't think any other realtor would have put in the leg work that Stewart did. We also sold our home through Stewart during the challenging times of 2020 and he helped counsel us and stayed in touch every step of the way. I would recommend Stewart to anybody looking to buy a home or property in the area. Thanks for everything Stewart!
