Moving across 5 states is never an easy task! And it can be very stressful from the house hunt, to the final signatures. Michael, Randy and Kim made every bit of the process for me truly seamless. From very drilled in home searches, to FaceTime tours through houses, to helping with and sitting in on the inspections and final walk through, to getting the paperwork finalized and representing me from 1700 miles away - I cannot speak more highly of them and everything they did for me. And the best part of it - we had fun throughout the entire process! Stress didn’t even feel like it was a thing! And the outcome and home they helped me to find all came out perfect. With the crazy home buying/selling market that we have today, which is emphasized in Denver, Michael proved himself to be a fantastic and fair negotiator for all parties involved. Oh!
