I am Francine Rancourt, and I proudly serve as the managing broker at the RE/MAX office in Colebrook. Kim has been a real estate agent serving the north country since 2011. She started vacationing in Pittsburg, NH in the late 80’s and became a full time resident in 2007. At that time, Kim and her husband, David, opened Tracy’s Hillside Grille, which they operated for seven years. They now live in neighboring Beecher Falls, Vermont. Kim has two daughters, Kylee and Jessi. Kylee resides in the area and Jessi is attending college. Kim and her family enjoy traveling, being outdoors, playing cards, and spending quality time with each other, their extended family, and their friends. They are also avid sports fans, and truly enjoy watching their beloved Patriots every week during football season. Having earned her associates degree in veterinary technology back in 1990, Kim is very passionate about animals, especially her dogs, Jack Fisher and Finnley. Kim has her real estate license in both New Hampshire and Vermont. She treasures her relationships with her clients and customers and takes much joy in helping buyers find their dream property, and helping sellers find a buyer so that they can move on to the next chapter of their lives. She has remained friends with many of her clients and customers long after their transactions have closed and she takes great pride in those relationships.
