Having been part of the Real Estate industry since the inauguration of RE/MAX Northern Edge Realty in 2004, I am driven by the opportunity to fulfill the aspirations of buyers and sellers alike. I love the real estate business and I do not think of myself as a salesperson. What I do is help people find the right property to buy or the right buyer for the property they are selling. I am a life-long resident of Berlin and Milan, NH. I I am a mother of 2 children who have blessed me with 3 grandchildren. I started my real estate career in 2010. I like residential real estate, where you get to see the character and potential in a house, and I enjoy commercial real estate as well. I was the first woman in Coos County area that became employed by Berlin City Dealerships as a salesperson selling new and used cars. I later started Debi's Balloons & Hot Bodz Tanning Salon and clothing shop which I ran for 23 years prior to selling it in 2015. My husband, Arnie & I own and operate Blueberry Heaven which is pick-your-own organic blueberry fields located in Milan, currently closed- restructuring the fields. Arnie also owns and operates Davis Tree Expert Company and Quality Home Inspections. Arnie is a NH State Representative for District 2. I now enjoy working for RE/MAX Northern Edge Realty in Berlin, NH. This company is genuinely like a family, we all work together and help each other to any extent. I was born and raised in Gorham, NH which is nestled in the beautiful White Mountains. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Management from Champlain College in Burlington, VT. Jeff and I married in June of 1993, and we welcomed our first child, Jessica, in 1994 and our son, Jarred in 1997. Prior to starting my career in real estate, I was fortunate enough to be able to stay home with our children until they began elementary school. I received my New Hampshire real estate license in June of 2003 and my Broker’s Associate license in May of 2007. I have held every position within the North Country Board of Realtors including being their President from 2009-2011. In 2010 it was my honor to be named the North Country’s “Realtor of the Year.” I was also the #1 Residential home sales agent in Coos County for 2015. I truly love being the key to assisting home buyers to find the home of their dreams! With over 13 years of real estate experience, I pride myself on a strong and honest work ethic. Maria Aristegui-Burke joined the Northern Edge Realty team in 2016 as administrative assistant. Maria worked closely with all of the agents and saw first-hand what it takes to be a successful real estate agent. Her success in this role made for a seamless transition to real estate. She recently completed and passed the NH real estate course and state exam to become a licensed agent. Throughout her career, Maria has many years of customer service experience and is passionate about helping people. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail will help her clients reach their goals. Outside of real estate Maria was born in Uruguay South America and is fluent in Spanish and English. Maria and her husband Chris have raised 3 children in Berlin and have 1 grandchild in Omaha NE. She has supported her children through many sports and volunteered with various clubs they’ve been involved with. She enjoys providing guidance and will help her clients beyond real estate- from info on local schools to activities going on in our area.
