•I was living in northern Calif but looking to move to the area of Erie since my daughter lived here. I wanted to buy a house that was not monitored by an HOA; that it had room for a vegetable garden; it was roomy enough for visitors & had a backyard large enough for a dog to stretch his legs. Bernadette sent me pictures of my current house via the internet; I put in a bid & it became mine. She handled all the necessary documentation & escrow without any problems arising. When I arrived in Erie, she handed me the key to my front door, & I have been happily snug in a house that I had not visited until it was mine. Bernadette did a fabulous job for me. I have no regrets.
