•I reached out to a few brokers prior to getting my place ready for sale. Buzz stood out from the others with his wanting to go over the pros and cons of my place in detail. We discussed selling my place as is, with some renovation, and with more renovation. Comps were discussed and he provided a potential listing range for each scenario. I decided to do some renovations. Buzz helped with guidance for the renovations to appeal to buyers with consideration to costs and potential return. He also assisted with keeping my contractor on track. The professional photos made my place look better than it is! The place drew significant interest and offers. We were able to play one offer against another to get a deal locked up. Closing was smooth. The sale price and smoothness of the process exceeding my expectations. Very glad I used Mark Bazzetta to sell my place.
