Carla joins us with over 25 years of residential and investment related real estate experience in Scottsdale, Arizona, Los Angeles, California and Estes Park, Colorado. Carla is very familiar with the Estes Park and surrounding area having grown up on a farm nearby and spending time here throughout her life. Her parents retired and moved off the farm to Estes Park twenty years ago. I grew up on the small island of Cyprus and moved to New York at a young age, where I later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology in 1990. I spent many years working in the IT field, a career that taught me the value of problem-solving, patience, and truly listening to people. In 2021, my wife and I visited Estes Park for the first time, and it immediately felt like home. We fell in love with the natural beauty, the sense of community, and the lifestyle. A year later, we made the move and decided this would be the place where we’d put down roots and build our next chapter. After a long and fulfilling career in technology, I chose to transition into real estate, something that allows me to connect with people in a more personal way. Friendly, Professional, Hardworking

I used Maria Gomez to sell homes twice now, one in Estes Park in Aug. 2021 and the second in Loveland in Nov. 2022 in two very different markets and times for real estate. The fact that I engaged her services a second time speaks highly of her professional abilities.
