•Bethany was fantastic! Based on my previous experience working with Bethany on a rental search, I looked no further when I was ready to buy a home! I knew exactly what to expect from Bethany as my realtor and she did not disappoint. Bethany listened to my needs and wants and made great recommendations along the way. Bethany was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I had and never left me hanging. Bethany surrounds herself with a great network of professionals in the home buying space and she did not hesitate to tap into those resources when we needed them. I commend Bethany on her ability to build and maintain relationships with both her clients and professional partners. I’ve experienced it firsthand and benefited from Bethany’s ability to excel in all phases of my recent home purchase. Hands down, I would recommend Bethany to anyone looking for a home in the Tampa Bay area!
Bethany certainly did her homework prior to my home-hunting trip. She visited multiple properties on her own and collected information on each. When we met in person, she had put together a slide presentation with features and pictures of each property. She also armed me with packets for each property so that I had relevant materials as we visited each property in person. This made our time together very efficient and productive. Knowing that some realtors do not bother with rentals, Bethany took my inquiry with open arms and treated me with respect and courtesy. This relocation was a permanent move for me but I did not want to commit to buying a property until I familiarize myself with the area. I will certainly remain in contact with Bethany as my needs/wants change.
