•My fiance and I just bought our first home in Chittenango through Mary Anne. She made the process so simple and worry free for us. I would encourage anybody looking for a home to work with Mary Anne as she went above and beyond. The sellers of the home had asked us if we would like their piano that was on the second floor and we had told them no and asked them to remove it. Unfortunately, the piano was still in the house after we closed and they would not take responsibility for it. Mary Anne took this upon herself and paid a moving company to have it removed so we didn't have to pay for the removal. We can't thank her enough for helping us buy our first home!
