Exceptional from Start to Finish

Maria and her husband Vince are phenomenal realtors who actively listen and really care about getting their clients into their dream homes. They have been in the business for a very long time and know what they're doing. They are very friendly, approachable, and available. I was referred to the Mendozas by a very good family friend. This is my first time buying a home and I explained to them what kind of home I was looking for. From the very beginning they were very responsive in sending me new homes on the market that fit my criteria. One of my criteria was safety and if a home I was eyeing was in a bad area they let me know right away. I appreciated that so much because I wanted to make sure wherever I moved to was in a safe location and they made sure of that. Also, I was super impressed by their availability and prompt feedback. If I wanted to see potential homes on the weekend they were available to show me them and this is super important in the current housing market. Time is of the essence, especially when putting in an offer for a home you want. Once I found a place I loved we acted on it right away and submitted an offer. Maria and Vince worked tirelessly sending me all the documents I needed to sign and going back and forth to the property with me for inspection and then finally handing me my keys :) Maria said they get 100% of their clients into homes and she was right. I am so grateful for the Mendozas. I couldn't have acquired my first home without them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor whether you're a seller or a buyer. Top notch service!
