Great realtor! Can help you with the sale of your home too. Sold our house in under a month during Covid-19. Pam is Thorough and prompt in everything she did for us and kept the sale process moving along with the title agency, bank, buyer, etc.

I can't recommend Richard enough. His knowledge...

I can't recommend Richard enough. His knowledge and experience are a true asset for anyone who decides to work with him. Because of Richards efforts my family and I are now living in our dream house. He made the entire process easy to understand and a breeze to get through. He kept us well informed of what was happening at all times and what to expect going forward at each step. I can't tell you how great it feels to be so well prepared in advance as each step unfolds before you. He connected us to the right people along our home buying journey to make the whole process go smoothly. Richard is a real class act and if I ever buy/sell a home again, he will be the person who represents me.

Working with Richard was an awesome experience...

Working with Richard was an awesome experience, I had never sold a home before. Richard explained the process and went over all the details. He took pictures of the property, listed it and with in 7 weeks it was sold. He took care of everything. Made my life so much easier! Richard bring experience and peace of mind! I would recommend Richard to everyone!
