•Cindy knows the market- for future home owners or investors. She taught us a lot about the market and which communities to look at. She is highly responsive and organized. From the moment we started working with her in May through house closing (and we were not in-state) in late October, she was always willing to answer our questions. She even picked us up/dropped us off at the airport when we flew down and back on the same day to see a slate of home! Who does that?! Cindy! And her assistant Lori is also on top of everything especially when we started to manage closing documents and move-in procedures. We highly recommend Cindy to someone looking for a full-time residence, second home or investment in Central Florida.
