Working with Nic was great! We would not have been able to locate our house without him. We got in contact with Nic when we decided to look into the Orlando market. We were staying in Florida for a few weeks and Nic showed us numerous houses/town homes and was able to get us information/restrictions on all the subdivisions.After we returned home, we had a change of heart and decided we wanted to purchase beachfront instead. So Husband flew into Fl for two days and Nic showed him condos on both coasts!Even though we did not find what we were looking for in that trip - we had a better idea of the area and requirements we hadWhen we found the condo we thought might work, Nic drove out to the coast again and did a video tour with us.
