I am a lifelong resident of Knox County, Indiana. I attended North Knox High School, Vincennes University and Purdue University. I have a degree in Civil Engineering and operated a land surveying business for over 20 years. In addition to surveying, I worked for the Indiana Department of Transportation for over 40 years in various engineering and supervisory capacities. I started a new career in Real Estate in 2020 to apply those skills to the real estate business. My goal in real estate is to find the perfect home for my clients and their families.

I have been in real estate for over 20 years. I enjoy meeting new people every day and helping them find their dream home. I am the managing broker/owner of RE/MAX Mainstream and have operated it for over 7 years. I keep the lines of communication open for a smooth transaction from start to finish. I have been married for over 30 years to Larry Cardinal who is the Assistant Fire Chief for the Washington Township in Bruceville, Indiana. He also owns his own construction company. We have 2 children together. Lauren Bouchie, is a graduate from Indiana University and is a Physician's Assistant in Washington, Indiana. Zach Cardinal, is a graduate from Vincennes University and is a licensed real estate agent at RE/MAX Mainstream. Zach also works for the construction company and is a licensed Indiana High School Referee. In my free time, I enjoy going on walks, attending sports events, spending time with my family and watching movies. I am also a member of the Knox County Chamber and the Knox County Development Corporation. Also, I am a member of the Goldie Trabant Committee, an organization which helps non-profit groups, Other than the previously listed memberships, I am a member of the MLS and NAR (National Association of Realtors).
