Following my graduation from The Ohio State University with degrees in MIS, Marketing and Economics, I was offered a position with a small healthcare startup. Within couple of years, we grew the business into a multi-million dollar company and a serious specialty player in the Columbus market, and I eventually became its first chief operating officer. My wife and I live in New Albany and enjoy exploring the rapidly changing Greater Columbus area.

With a solid background in sales, marketing, negotiations, and real estate, I have a track record of success in these domains. As the Managing Director at Maruf Realty LLC, I led a $150k crowdfunding campaign and managed diverse real estate portfolios. In my role as Sales and Social Media Manager at Awan Auto Groups LLC, I revitalized marketing strategies, resulting in a 225% increase in social media lead generation and $60,000 in additional revenue growth. Additionally, as a Marketing Strategy Intern at Ustyler in Sydney, I contributed to successful product innovations, competitive analysis, and PR planning. My expertise and proven results in these areas make me confident in my ability to deliver exceptional performance.

I am a full-time real estate investor, that specializes in distressed properties. Our primary focus are buy and hold properties with the occasional fix and flip. I am a graduate of the Ohio State University with degrees in Finance and Construction Management.

Joshua Anderson is an energetic, organized, hard working agent with high ethical standards, and his focus is ensuring his clients satisfaction. He grew up in the Columbus area, where he started his sales experience at the age of 16 working as a sales associate. While obtaining his Bachelors of Science degree, Joshua built his customer service and communication skills teaching individuals with disabilities, and now uses his experiences to serve every client.
