Growing up in West Virginia, I was steeped in strong Appalachian principles of hard work, loyalty, helpfulness, common sense, and faith. My father believed that education and travel were keys to understanding cultures and people; thus adventures, from hiking in the woods to exploring another country or region in the US, became highlights in my life. My family invested in real estate and familiar topics were "how-to" buy and sell. After completing my professional education, I married Bobby Guet, and we began to invest in property. My career and lifestyle expanded from a medical background, to entrepreneurs in fitness and business, to bicycling across America twice. All the while, I continued to enjoy my interest in real estate. I wanted to share this interest by helping others in their decisions to buy and sell. In 2002, I obtained my real estate license. I became the top producer in the office; "Realtor of the Year" in 2016 and 2018 Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors (GVBOR); featured on HGTV's House Hunters in 2017; President of the GVBOR in 2018, 2019; obtained my broker's license in 2020, and opened RE/MAX LIFESTYLE REALTY in 2020.

Landon Chaja, a California native, has joined RE/MAX Lifestyles Realty as the team’s newest licensed agent. Originally from Solvang, in the Santa Ynez Valley, Landon moved to Lewisburg with his wife Delanee Stapp, a student at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He comments that he’s found the transition to small town life in West Virginia relatively easy because, like Lewisburg, Solvang is a similar community with restaurants, parks and a tourism focus. Landon’s prior work has been in customer service and retail. He feels he relates comfortably to a wide range of people, and he says he feels a sense of satisfaction when he makes others happy. He has worked at the Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort in California and at the Greenbrier Sporting Club. He is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration through California State University of Channel Island.

Robin is a life long resident of Greenbrier County, West Virginia. She lives with her husband, Gerald, in Frankford, WV, on their 215 acre farm. She has 25+ years of real estate experience as a real estate closing paralegal.
