With over 15 years of real estate experience, Cara and her husband Russ decided it was time to start their own business. Cara and Russ moved from Michigan to Savannah Lakes Village in 2018 and enjoy being part of of the McCormick community. In 2019, Cara and Russ opened their RE/MAX franchise downtown to support McCormick, Savannah Lakes Village and surrounding areas.

Born and raised in the small town of Steubenville, Ohio, I have always valued the meaning of home. It’s where I built a life, raised my three wonderful children—two daughters and a son—and in 2020, I was blessed with my first granddaughter. My journey in real estate began in 1997 with Better Homes & Gardens Realty, where I developed a deep passion for helping clients find not just a house, but a place to truly call home. After visiting Savannah Lakes Village part-time for six years, my husband and I made the exciting decision in 2023 to leave Ohio behind and build our dream home in Shenandoah. Now, as a full-time resident, I’m thrilled to help others discover the beauty and lifestyle this incredible community has to offer.
