I am a home owner of 30 years. After going through a divorce and lengthy distribution, the attorneys agreed that I would pick three realtors to sell my home out of the three my ex would pick one. So I went to the Hickory bubble for help, being that, I have never used a realtor. We built the house we lived in. Hands down our community put Amanda as one of the most recommended realtors, so she was one of the three that I chose and lucky me my ex chose her also. Amanda sold our home before it ever went to market, she's amazing! Her knowledge and professionalism definitely puts her on top. After the sale of my home I asked her to continue as my agent, as I was purchasing another home. Amanda has proved herself over and over again as she is also the mother of three and with a demanding career as a realtor. Couldn't ask for a more compassionate and professional agent!!!
