•Mary was available to view properties at our convenience. She travelled a good distance from her office to accommodate us several evenings when I'm sure it was not convenient for her. She located and informed us regularly of properties we might be interested in. When we found the one we wanted she was proactive in taking us through the process of financing and writing an offer. Mary discovered a huge issue that stopped us from purchasing one property which saved all of us time, frustration. Mary also navigated a last minute issue with the property we purchased, that required additional work on her part to get the entire property when a separate lot was involved. Mary responded to calls and texts in a timely manner, morning, noon, and night! She wasn't afraid to enter dungy basements, locate crawl space entrances, and find answers to questions on the spot! Mary did not fail in any of our expectations and needs and found a perfect property for us. Mary connected us with inspection services and bankers that made the process easier and quicker than if we'd had to do it unaided. We did not have a single issue that we could say she wasn't helpful with or knowledgeable about. Mary made the process of locating and purchasing property as pleasant as it could be. Issues were handled quickly and professionally. We would highly recommend Mary for a purchase of real estate in the Fargo Moorhead area and northwest Cass County!
