We began thinking of moving in December 2023 and we were extremely nervous. If it wasn’t for Terry we wouldn’t be where we are today. She guided us through every step of the way and helped us get our first home. When we first started looking we didn’t know where to begin. We started with a 20 mile radius and little by little we narrowed it down to exactly what we were looking for. Terry must have shown us 2 dozen houses. Terry Maven helped me find a house of my own after my divorce. I was nervous about making such a big purchase on my own, but Terry guided me through the whole process and answered every call and text within 30 minutes. She knew my funds were limited and I wouldn’t be able to purchase a house with everything on my checklist of wants; however, we found the perfect house for me, most of my checklist met, and at a price that I could manage.
