We saw the house on the market and from what we saw it was a great fit. I was very pleased when we put in a request for a tour, we heard back within a day and set up a time that week. While Shawn was giving us the tour she shared info on the house and the market. After we decided to buy the house Shawn was very pleasant to deal with and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We are very pleased with the whole experience even when other life situations came, Shawn was happy to work around things, which is extremely professional in our opinion.

We randomly picked Shawn's name off a nearby For Sale sign and we couldn't have chosen anyone better. Selling our older cabin out in a rural area was a huge challenge, but Shawn ironed out all the problems and hurdles along the way. She used successful marketing strategies. She communicated with us quite frequently and stepped up to be on site during several repair visits and inspections. We do not live in Montana, so Shawn had to deal with all of this long distance. We don't believe we could have sold the cabin this quickly without her knowledge and expertise...and patience!! Thank you Shawn!!!
