Scott and Stacey are awesome. They’ve helped us out on multiple moves now. 2 purchases and one sale. Scott always shows us around. He’s prompt, knowledgably, straight forward and honest. We’ve never missed a requested showing, if he can’t be there for an unforeseen reason, Stacey is there. Scott is really laid back and certainly not pushy. He is more interested in finding a home you love than closing a sale quickly. Stacey helps with a lot of the behind-the-scenes work. She’s fantastic. Everything from start to finish ran super smooth. She kept us up to date on everything. She even baby sits when required 😉 Or maybe that’s just because she loves my kids. Both the houses we’ve bought have been amazing and the sale of our house was a piece of cake. Having fired two other realtors prior to working with Scott and having worked with realtors in other states, Scott and Stacey are great. I’m happy to recommend them and would definitely use them again! If you’re looking for someone honest, hardworking, and someone you can trust, Scott and Stacey are the way to go. Last thing, homes I bought were in seller’s markets (one in 2021 when people were offering all kinds of unreasonable things). Maria was fantastic, she worked very hard and was clearly very knowledgeable and very helpful to me as this was the first time I was selling a home. She worked very efficiently and clearly was very caring about her job. She always was very responsive to any emails, texts, or calls and worked very hard in contacting other agents, and other personnel involved. She worked very hard to make sure everything went smooth and everything happened in an acceptable timeline. I felt very confident that she was going to make sure everything in her power was done for the sale of my home to be as smooth and efficient as possible, while there were obviously some hiccups along the way she handled them very well and made me feel better with an issues that arose. She was a great advocate for me and my home in making sure I got the best deal and things ran as smooth as possible
