I had a short but intense sale period. I had an two offers on the second day, Maria made sure that we took the first offer that had an escalation clause, although I was happy that first offer was my selling price. The process of going to signing, however, was challenging. The appraiser would not come over to appraise the house, just sat on his computer and asking question after question. After a week of this, Maria found another appraiser who actually came over and did the job. And then the title company experience was less than stellar. Maria continued to help me get through the morass with the title company for the next month after I sold the house. I highly recommend Maria, she will have your back all the way! Thanks Maria!!!

I've been using Scott and Stacey for well over a decade, and they are simply amazing! In addition to finding my wife and me our current home, they've been helping me find renters for my rental property over the last dozen years. However, it was time to sell as we took another step toward our retirement goals. The timing of the sale had me worried since we would be traveling to Australia a mere three weeks after it hit the market. Less than a week on the market, I already had an offer, but a few items needed to be addressed per the inspection. Scott assured me there was nothing to be concerned about and he had people who could handle all the relatively minor repairs at a fair price. It was such a relief to be on the other side of the world knowing I had nothing to worry about. I returned from our trip, and everything was moving according to schedule. The closing occurred without a hitch. Scott and Stacey were absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend them for a stress-free and successful purchase, sale, or help with your rental property. Five stars is not high enough for these two highly energetic professionals. I don't know how they do it, but I wish I knew where they got their source of energy because I could use some of it myself. Stop looking around for another realtor and go with Scott and Stacey. I guarantee you'll be 100% satisfied.

House sold in 3 days after getting on the market, enough said! We followed Jen’s advice in prepping the home, her team took amazing pictures of our home, the price was set just right and it sold in record time.
