Ann did everything right for us. Not only was she spot-on about the worth of our home on the market, but told us exactly how to prepare the house for sale. She was professional, straightforward and honest at every turn and she always took our feelings into account. Within three days of placing the house on the market, it was sold. We sold the house at the very beginning of the 2020 COVID 19 pandemic, and Ann helped us take precautions to protect our health and safety as well. It was a great experience and I just can't say enough about how great she is.

Our overall experience was a dream! This was our first time home buying experience so we had very little knowledge of the process, what to look for, things to ask, the list goes on... Our time with Traci was fantastic in all those areas and more. She made the entire process more simple than we ever thought possible! She was honest and pointed out things on/in houses that were 'big ticket' areas or other concerns to be weary of. She was very patient with all our questions and put us at ease with our big decision nervousness. Her communication was extremely quick and detailed; she was on top of everything and never hesitated to reach out to the seller, loan officer, or anyone with questions on our behalf. When we were ready to put in an offer, she had a great strategy for us and had a contract written up immediately. We had a poor experience with our previous REMAX realtor from when we first bought our home, and Traci went above and beyond what was expected. We felt very safe, comfortable and supported during every step! She made my kids feel welcomed and apart of the process, she spoke numbers/logistics with my husband and met my every need as a momma. From text messages to emails to walk throughs we always knew we were in good hands. Her professionalism and knowledge is unmatched, so so thankful for her. Traci presented all offers to us that evening and did all of the hard work of narrowing it down to two offers. Her wisdom and guidance was essential In the fast sale of our home, less than 24 hours and way above asking price!! We always knew Traci would reply fast to any question and if she was going to be away from her phone we knew before hand, so we weren’t left in the dark. We don’t plan on moving again anytime soon but we already have passed Along her info to friends and family! Home run in our book... she helped us find our forever home, and we can’t thank her enough

We worked with Traci to sell our beloved home before relocating out of state. After significant investment (financial, blood, sweat, tears…) and 6 years raising family and making memories in our home, selling it was an emotional time. It was also important that we receive a return on our investment in the property. Traci spent a significant amount of time letting us show off all of our work, helping to highlight features and improvements and coaching us through the process of selling. We tend to be high maintenance customers and Traci never let on to how frustrating I know we can be. She was gracious and patient, comforting, kind and professional. Her expertise on the area and the process were invaluable and she negotiated the best scenario we could ask for.
