Kenzie is the most pro-active and most communicative and organized realtor I’ve ever worked with in my 15 house transactions. She is super nice and energetic. She is adept at negotiating and holds her ground and explains what are reasonable buyer and seller requests versus not. She sends out calendar invites for all important events and transactions so we could keep up on all the rolling balls. She knows the market well. She helped us price our house to sell fast in a buyer’s market while other houses in our area have been sitting for months and dropping their prices. We sold in 10 days! Highly recommend her!
