Susan was a great help in that I ran into many problems and she knew who and/or/how the right person, company or place to contact and made things so easy for me. We first met just before the Covid lockdown as I was planning to go then. When the lockdown happened and I told her that I was just going to wait it out she said OK and was not aggressively pursuing me all through it. When I said I was ready to go she had everything in order and everything was accomplished in very good time. She had clients ready to go and the house sold on the second day.
