I had an excellent experience working with Sharon Wong Hollis, who was my real estate agent in the sale of a condominium. After reviewing the information in her flyers and website, I contacted Sharon Wong Hollis to discuss the possibility of selling my mother’s condo in the Las Vistas Condominium Community in Lauderhill. She agreed to meet me at the site to take a look at the condo and explain the process. Sharon was very prompt in her arrival and took her time in inspecting each room and advising how to make small improvements for a better showing. We met again at the condo, where she went over the paperwork in detail and was completely responsive to all questions. Sharon contacted me every week for updates prior to the listing. She advised that it might take a month or so after she listed the property to get offers. Well, after about a week, we got an offer very close to our asking price.
