Kelley did a great job helping me with buying a house. I was looking to rent cause of rates and changing locations from out of town but she talked me into buying after taking me on a few tours of rental houses. Which was a great idea even with high rates it was still going to be cheaper with a better quality of living. But I ended up getting into a new house with a great view for with a regular interest rate of 5.5%. So it ended up being a great idea! She helped me with the closing process as I was buying from 3 hrs away. She did the closing walks and was very knowledgeable. Especially with how busy I have been she did a better job than I could! She picked out numerous items and was very prompt with everything and all the documents and made sure everyone else was too. We closed in 10 days! So I am now set up in a great spot for minimal cost thanks to her and it fit in the schedule I was needing.
