Donna is very knowledgeable, extremely communicative, and highly professional and caring.

We were so pleased with Donna Pina as our Realtor in selling our Mother's house in Grants Pass. She took on a tricky situation- and dealt with a variety of personalities to get the job done. She knew we were in a complicated position with an aging parent and she handled the situation with grace and class, and was respectful to all parties involved. Donna was persistent and fair. We felt like she advocated for us and was truly on our side---looking out for our best interests. She was also willing to give good ideas and solutions to us when we didn't know how to proceed. Professionalism with care

As a retired Realtor my expectations were pretty high and Donna did not disappoint! We were out of state trying to find our next home and Donna made the process very easy on us. As everyone knows, buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful times in one’s life. We were stressed on the seller’s side but as the buyer we were in Donna’s very capable hands which was so comforting.

Great experience selling my folk's home!

Donna Pina was everything we needed in a realtor. She met with us immediately, did a walk through and had a real estate proposal and comparative market analysis ready to discuss with us. We were very confident in her knowledge of the market. She was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Once the sale was pending, she gave us regular updates and guided us through the whole process. Donna was very professional but also made it an enjoyable experience.
