A good friend recommended Jessica right after my mother passed. Within a few days of connecting, she came over to my mother's house and did a walk through to start to get a sense of the house, providing recommendations for repairs, and the listing price. However, there was a lot of work to be done to remove my mother's personal belongings, so Jessica kept in touch always letting me know she would be ready when I was. A couple of months later, I had cleared the house, and the pandemic was just starting. Although I was panicked that the housing market would suffering, Jessica prevailed with a cool head. Jessica led me through several completely unforeseen issues, with buyers making offers and dropping out, with a slightly nervous market. Additionally, I was very happy with the different contractors and other resources that Jessica recommended. Ultimately, my mother's house sold at what I thought was a very fair price that I was happy with.
