My family and I cherish our time camping and hiking in the breathtaking Pacific Northwest, our favorite place to explore. Having spent most of our lives in Junction City, OR, we recently made our dream of living near the ocean a reality. Summer of 2024 a unique opportunity led us to Newport, where my husband, Joshua has the honor of fulfilling his 25+ year dream of becoming a youth pastor. Now, we’re excited to embark on my real estate career, with a passion for helping families find their perfect home while supporting future mission trips and family adventures. My name is Nichole Pineda, and I am a Coast native who grew up in Lincoln City and graduated from Taft High School. I hold a degree in Hospitality Management and bring a strong commitment to exceptional customer service to every client relationship. After relocating to Bend, I raised my family while building a career in restaurant management and event planning, further strengthening my organizational and client service skills. I later pursued real estate studies at Central Oregon Community College and spent five years with EXIT Realty. Having recently returned home to the Coast, I am proud to join REMAX Integrity in Depoe Bay, where I look forward to serving clients with my extensive local knowledge and long-term experience in the area.
