Can’t say enough good things about Dave. We were first time buyers, had literally no idea what we were doing. Dave walked us through every stage and advocated for us at every step. After being rejected a few times, we found our dream home and knew we had to act quickly. Dave was out of town and literally dropped everything to write up our offer, and on the drive back from where he was, stopped at a rest stop and jumped on his computer to do more stuff for us. On a Sunday night! Incredibly helpful, super responsive to texts/calls, just the perfect person to help us buy our first house. Dave I feel goes above and beyond helping with selling your house. It was our first time buying a house ever and we had no idea what to expect. We called a few places to look for a real estate agent and found Dave.
