He even helped us to make sure we had everything together so when it came time to bidding on a house, we would be ready! Even with our crazy schedules, Dave was always available! A lot of my friends had warned me the process of buying a home would be long and stressful. However, i honestly had a pleasant experience and was even able to close on our house within 3 weeks thanks to Dave and his team! Dave went up and above for me and my family when it came to finding a home and working with the lender . He answered all my questions even if they seemed crazy to me . Buying a home was very stressful but he was by our side every step of the way . He was even out there with us helping us paint and fix the deck for the house to get approved .
