Crystal was very responsive when asked about additional property details, builder information, preexisting home information, etc. She would also follow up afterwards to see if we needed anything additional. Crystal was diligent in her process to help us find the right house for us. If she didn’t know the answer she would get the answer quickly. Crystal spent hours at our new home walk-through to thoroughly inspect the house to make sure it was move-in ready from the builder. She was phenomenal to work with!
