We ended up using Crystal after dealing with a realtor that was overly aggressive and pushy with us as a seller. I expressed my concerns regarding our previous realtor and Crystal assured me that she would provide us a positive experience. She most definitely did, when we received an offer on the house, she helped us negotiate a price that worked well for us. Crystal was easy to work with and responded to me every time I'd text, call or email. I know I was not the easiest client, but she made the process seamless.

My husband and I were looking to buy and sell a home where we could close on the same day and make enough money from our current home to put 20% down on our new home. We realize that this is not an easy task, however Crystal was able to negotiate our new home down to a price that was within our budget, including home modifications and paint. She even was able to negotiate a home warranty and 3% closing cost to help us cover everything, allowing us to have more money towards the 20%. Crystal worked really hard to close on both homes on the same day, and she did it! Anytime I asked for something, she didn't hesitate, she willingly and happily negotiated it and made it happen. I would highly recommend her and will certainly use her again in the future.

We were first-time home buyers and just happened to see Crystal's number on a for sale sign. When I called she immediately answered and started helping us begin our search for a new home. I cannot stress enough how responsive Crystal is!! She was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted and was able to fit in house visits super quickly so we could see things as soon as they hit the market. While we didn't win our first house because we just couldn't go above the winning offer, when we found another house we LOVED, Crystal just made it happen (which she absolutely would have done if we had been able to increase our budget on the first house). She promised us she would get us the house we wanted, and she did! And when other people in the closing process dropped the ball at the last minute (*cough* title company *cough*), Crystal called everyone under the sun to make sure things came together in time. She knows so much about this market and is a total pro with the house-buying process. Crystal is the best!!!!!

First off we want to thank Crystal Adams for allowing this process of home buying to be one of the best that we have experienced. We started our home buying process early 2013 with another Realtor that honestly was not looking out for our best interest. In late 2013 early 2014, we turned to another Realtor and that too was a bad experience. We felt as if we were being pressured to buy a home that we did not want or felt comfortable going with. At this time we already have had a deadline of a year and that year was running out. In August of 2104 we had seen a post on Facebook about Crystal's success in the real estate business so we contacted her and that was the best thing we could have done. She immediately reached out to us and began the process. She was quick to respond and never pressured us to get anything we didn't want. She was patient and would fight very hard to make sure we got the best! After a year and a half of searching for a home, Crystal got us our home in 1 month!!She was quick and gave us everything we were looking for. She is knowledgeable of her market & industry, resourceful, technology savy, and completely accessible which is amazing as she is also very attuned to her kids, and her kids schools which is also helpful if you want valuable feedback on school ratings & the like. Crystal LISTENS and will be your advocate. She negotiated a closing 2 months out to fit our busy work commitments in spite of the seller's eagerness to close.
