Kevin was great from start to finish! Came over to help a few times with cleaning the house out and even gave me contacts of companies he trusts when I needed a sewer scope, dumpster and some roof repair!! Kevin made the whole process easy. As an out of state buyer, I didn’t have any connections for the various things that come up in the process. Not only did he recommend the best lender in the area, he also had recommendations for the inspection and any repairs. Beyond that, Kevin was present when inspectors and repairmen came.
