In a seller’s market we had several offers turned down but Brandon was always encouraging and had solid advice for next steps. I had a great experience working with Brandon Brown, Realtor. After meeting at an open showing I found Brandon to be easy to talk to, knowledgeable and very communicative about less commonly observed property related details. Brandon was both supportive and patient with me, as I learned firsthand that there can definitely be an emotional component present when making a big investment, especially as a first time buyer. Brandon was able to hold space for both the emotionality of the process will also staying very logic oriented in moving forward towards assisting me to find the right home for me. I recently moved to Humboldt County and enlisted Brandon's expertise to find a property for me to buy. Brandon sent me videos of the interiors of those that interested me so I could view them before coming to the area. Once I was in the area and found a property, Brandon quickly filled out all the forms to make an offer. He's also been very helpful giving me names of tradespeople for renovation. I found Brandon to be an excellent real estate agent and I'm sure you will, too!
