Tina Lymer is the HOME TEAM’S newest team player. She joined the RE/MAX HOME TEAM in August of this year. Tina brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the world of real estate from working in the title and abstracting business over the past 25 years. Tina was raised in Memphis, Missouri and has lived in Kirksville all of her adult life. Tina is married to Bill Lymer and together they have raised three beautiful daughters who attended Kirksville R-III Schools and now two, who attend Truman State University, and one who attends University of Missouri-Columbia. Tina is an active member of the Kirksville Country Club and would modestly say she’s an “ok golfer”, while her teammates, both in and out of the office, definitely want her on their team! Tina understands the value of a Hole-in-One and is ready to help you find yours.

I started my real estate career in 2022 as the Office Administrator for the RE/MAX Home Team. After spending a few years in the fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment, I decided to get my license in 2024. Today, I serve as both the Office Manager and a licensed agent, allowing me to support our team’s daily operations while assisting clients and agents throughout every step of the transaction process. I was born and raised in Putnam County and have lived in Northern Missouri my entire life. In 2021, I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Economics. Shortly after graduating, I realized that real estate was the perfect avenue to combine both of those interests and put my skills to work. When I purchased my first home in 2021 with the help of the RE/MAX Home Team, my passion for real estate—and especially for helping first-time home buyers—truly began. Each day, I aim to bring a fresh, creative energy to my work while ensuring that everything in the office runs smoothly. My specialties include file coordination, marketing support, and client communication, ensuring every transaction stays on track from contract to closing. With innovative ideas and a modern approach to branding and presentation, I’m committed to elevating our team’s marketing efforts and enhancing the overall client experience.

While working on a marketing degree at Truman State University, I went to work for Vicki Benson as an assistant. There I found my professional calling. I obtained my real estate license in 2006, graduated from Truman in 2007 and remained on Vicki's team when she opened the RE/MAX HOME TEAM in 2011 and obtained my broker's license in 2020. I am a lifelong resident of northeast Missouri, born and raised in Putnam County where I continue to live with my husband and two children. I have almost 20 years of experience helping clients navigate the ever-changing market. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer taking their very first steps into ownership, a seasoned investor building their portfolio, or a family searching for the perfect lake retreat or home, I pride myself on guiding clients through every stage of the process with professionalism and care. My goal has always been to make buying or selling real estate a seamless experience, and I’ve built lasting relationships by listening closely to my clients and understanding their unique goals. I hope every transaction delivers results that exceed client expectations. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life, and I approach each transaction with the same commitment, energy, and attention to detail.
