Due to Corona travel restrictions, we had to buy a home far afar. Linda understood extremely well what we were looking for, and forwarded us offers that exactly fit our ideas. Her replies to us were extremely swift, and she was enormously helpful in overcoming obstacles of a long distance purchase. She was also enormously helpful in coordinating with the title company, in communcating with sellers concerning mail and other issues, and in making contact with utility services. Due to the nature of a long-distance purchase, we had quite a few special requests, and always found Linda extremely helpful and efficient. I think it would be fair to say that her services were essential for enabling us to buy a home from afar.

Linda was extraordinarily helpful. We had to look and buy long-distance, because of covid travel restrictions. She was excellent at understanding what we wanted, and didn't bother us with irrelevant possibilities — which made searching smooth and easy. She was more than helpful with the mechanics of buying (esp., making the right offers), and the final negotiations. She provided a lot of helpful information, esp. by driving and taking a look at properties. We'd recommend her in the highest possible terms.

I would highly recommend Linda Ruppe to anyone. She was very knowledgeable, professional and a very caring individual. I always felt she had my best interest at heart. I never felt she was just trying to sell me any place so that she could make a sale. She drove many miles out of her area to help me look at different places. She never minded going anywhere, she never minded answering questions, day or night. Linda would get back to me almost immediately when ever I texted or emailed her. She was always there for me. The sellers of the place I purchased actually thought she was my attorney that is an example of how knowledgeable and professional she is. She’s the best I ever dealt with.
