•I am pleased to have the opportunity to recommend Rick in any of his business transactions. I quickly developed compete reliance on any recommendation Rick suggested and would certainly have him as my real estate agent should the need arise.
How does one choose a person to help with the sale or purchase of a home? I really didn't know where to even begin. It can be a daunting prospect choosing a realtor, and I was daunted. How do you find someone who is worthy of your trust? Last summer, when it came time for my stepfather to sell his home, we had two options: 1., throw a dart at the list of local agents, or 2., ask for referrals from friends. We tried option #1 and found a couple of agents that said they would help us. But though we interviewed several, we just couldn't find anyone that we felt we could trust. Everyone seemed to be mostly concerned with getting us to sign on the line that was dotted. After a couple of false starts, we went with option #2, and luckily a friend pointed us to Rick. "You can't go wrong with Rick," my friend said. My friend was right. Not only does Rick exude confidence, backed up by his decades of experience...he is also a good and kind soul. He has a relaxed manner which is very helpful in reducing any stress that can accompany such a large and impactful transaction. As calming as his manner is, Rick is also Johnny on the Spot. He was always available and immediately responded to my many phone calls and texts. Most every time time I called, he had already anticipated my needs. He treated us as if we were his only client (which we were certainly not!). Our sale went off without a hitch. All in all, the experience was like working with a trusted friend (if only all my friends had the depth of knowledge that Rick has). I thoroughly and whole-heartedly recommend him. You can't go wrong with Rick Bauer.
