I highly, highly recommend that you call Joe if you are looking to buy a house. My wife inquired of several realtors when we started our home search. Joe was by far the most knowledgeable about the houses that were on the market at that time. He helped us find a house and was on top of things throughout the whole process. He does a great job of listening to the client and paying attention to even the smaller details. Joe works really hard to make sure his clients are satisfied.
