We bought our property in Orlando through Anne originally and at the time she was patient and understood what we were looking for and found the perfect place for us. 11 Years later, looking to sell of course we went back to Anne knowing we can trust her to do a great job. She is always patient and a great communicator. You feel in safe hands with her and she knows the Orlando 192/Kissimmee area so well her knowledge and experience is invaluable in guiding you on price to sell etc. It's a tough market at the moment with a lot of property sitting around and not selling. Anne was very clear with us about the reality of the market and we set at a price we were happy with. Anne was straight on to the job and was brilliant at working round all our existing rental bookings which is a complication to selling. We're based in the UK but that did not present a problem at all with everything handled online after our initial meeting in Florida. Anne worked hard from day 1 to get viewers in and we sold at a price we very happy with after a few short weeks on the market. Anne was creative too, planning a lifestyle video for us too to make it stand out. Closing was smooth, professional and all handled professionally on our behalf. We were able to negotiate final terms via Anne to our satisfaction. We can highly recommend Anne. Thank you Anne!
