•Eric was hired to sell my mom's house as she was no longer able to keep the house operating. Eric came in, assessed the situation, and immediately began setting my expectations for sales in the area. In the end I believe we got top dollar for her home. As I'm from Colorado I had limited time to arrange everything involved with the sale and Eric stepped up to help. When I ran out of time and was forced to leave the area, Eric finished the last of the work himself. You are not going to find a better realtor.
