Buyer's review

Brett looked out for our best interest and made it easy for us to work with him.

We were an out of town buyer, and Brett and his wife Tracy did an amazing job from the paperwork standpoint, from the scheduling standpoint, explaining the process to us and being available at any time to answer questions. Brett has a very calming influence, bringing a sense of stability to the negotiation process and always giving us options and possibilities. His wife Tracy did an amazing job with the paperwork, prompting us when we needed to do something. The closing was very smooth and very easy. They also suggested an inspection team and gave us a very objective look at the property and what we could expect from the older home.
