I’m Anna Impiduglia, and I’m thrilled to share my journey with you! Originally from Montreal, Canada, I began my career as a social worker after graduating from Mount Royal University. My passion for helping others grew during my time at CUPS Calgary, a nonprofit organization, where I honed the art of listening and connecting with people from all walks of life.
In 2018, my family and I made the big move to Polk County, Florida, to establish a property management company, Azzurro Vacation Homes, based in Davenport. Managing both short- and long-term rentals for clients from around the globe gave me invaluable insight into customer service and a firsthand understanding of Florida’s dynamic real estate market.
Today, I’m proud to focus my energy and expertise on residential real estate, guiding first-time homebuyers, foreign investors, and families relocating to Florida. Educating and empowering my clients to make informed decisions isn’t just a job—it’s my passion. I’m here to help you every step of the way, because I believe dreams don’t work unless we do.
